Information we receive
Platinum Stat holds only what you give us directly: the details in your enquiry, including any measurements you send for a made-to-measure bra or bridal commission, the email address for our reply, and the correspondence that follows. There are no customer accounts and no hidden profiles.
What we do with it
Your details are used for a single purpose: to answer you and take care of your enquiry, whether that is a ready-to-ship order, a made-to-measure fitting or a bridal commission. Platinum Stat sends no newsletters you have not asked for, and no advertiser ever sees what you wrote to us.
Cookies on this site
Platinum Stat uses no trackers of any kind. One setting is stored in your browser, the record that you dismissed our notice, and deleting it does no harm beyond bringing the notice back.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
Retention
Your enquiry and our replies are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with your order (for a made-to-measure or bridal piece that can include fittings and alterations afterwards) and then deleted. Records we are legally obliged to keep are retained for the statutory period only.
Access and deletion
Platinum Stat will, without charging you, let you review the personal data we hold, amend it, erase it, or object to any use of it whatsoever. A single note through the enquiry form starts that process.
Keeping it safe
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
