Unless a credit says otherwise, the photographs, lace descriptions and guides on this site are Platinum Stat's own work. You may read and link to them freely, but commercial reuse of any of it needs our written agreement first.
Prices and availability
We describe each lace set here as accurately as we can and correct the pages when details move on. Still, the final price, the dispatch or completion date and the availability of each lace piece are confirmed with you individually; the site is an introduction to Platinum Stat, not a contract.
How ordering works
Payments are not taken through this website. A Platinum Stat order becomes final only once we have confirmed in writing the piece, its price and how it will be delivered, and, for made-to-measure, the measurements it will be cut to.
Shipping and returns
Whether you order a ready-to-ship set or a made-to-measure piece, we settle with you how it will be sent and what that costs before you commit. Should anything reach you damaged or different from its description, tell Platinum Stat promptly so that we can send a replacement or return your money, as the case requires.
Limits of responsibility
Our responsibility for what this site says extends as far as Japanese law sets it, and Platinum Stat accepts nothing beyond that. Websites run by others that we link to are outside our control and our liability, nor for decisions made solely on the basis of general information on these pages; for sizing or care, ask us directly.
Changes to these terms
Platinum Stat may revise these terms occasionally, for example when made-to-measure or bridal arrangements change. The version at this address is always current, and continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered location of Platinum Stat, and disputes fall to the competent courts there.
